While I am a jack of all trades...to a certain extent, I am drawing on my experience in 911 EMS in regard to writing and promoting these books.
This one is easy, I put on my uniform and go to work. I am still an active service 911 EMT.
Here's the short version. A new patch EMT at my service and I talk regularly before each shift. One day I gave him a "tip of the day", it was fun and 'pithy' but legitimately helpful. The next day he got another tip...and it just went on from there. About 3 weeks in, my new patch friend made the comment that I should write these down. So, I did, and it just snowballed from there.
